70 East RV and Mobile Home Park is a family-friendly community in a GREAT location. Right off of HWY 70 East, the community is centrally located between White Oak shopping center in Garner, NC, and Clayton, NC. There is easy access to I-40, Downtown Raleigh, and it is located just minutes from both a Target and Walmart Supercenter.

Rent for RVs includes all of your utilities (water, sewer, and electric*). It also includes WiFi, lawn care, and access to onsite laundry.
Long-Term Stay
Tired of moving your RV every few weeks? At 70 East RV Park, you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like – you can even stay permanently!
Family and Pet Friendly
Don’t worry about leaving your loved ones behind. We’re family-friendly at 70 East with many kids running around enjoying the community. We have a playground and basketball hoop for the kids to enjoy. We also allow dogs and cats.
